Tell us what happened

Email support@zynx.com.au with your device, operating system, app version and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help if you remove any personal information first. Please do not send passwords or payment details.

The guidance below describes version 2.0. If you use the current Apple TV release, some screens and controls may differ.

I cannot hear the audio

Check the volume and the selected audio output on your iPad or Apple TV, including connected headphones, speakers or your television. Choose an item and use its Play control where shown; moving focus between cards alone does not start speech.

If the problem continues, close and reopen the app, then try another letter or word. Include which item is silent when you contact support. Audio uses Apple speech synthesis rather than the microphone.

Using Letters and Numbers

In Letters, choose Grid to browse letters or Player to move through the alphabet. Selecting a grid letter opens its examples. Close the tray to return to browsing. Pause the player when you want to stop the sequence.

Numbers covers 0 to 10. Select a number to see its quantity and hear its name. Zero intentionally has no counting objects. On Apple TV, use the remote to select controls; on iPad, tap them.

Animation and English learning

Open Settings to change the background and tile animation preferences. The app also respects the device’s Reduce Motion setting.

The main experience teaches Arabic with English controls. The existing English learning library is accessible from Settings. Preferences are local to each installation and do not sync between iPad and Apple TV.

Downloads and purchases

The current App Store release is for Apple TV. Version 2.0 adds iPad support and is being prepared for release. Check the listing before purchasing to confirm device compatibility and the price in your region.

Apple handles App Store payments. For a billing problem, use Apple’s purchase support; for a problem inside the app, contact Zynx.
