About this policy
Updated 28 October 2026. This policy describes Learn Arabic Together, including the version 2.0 iPad and Apple TV apps, supported by Zynx. Website browsing and support correspondence are described separately below.
App data and permissions
Learn Arabic Together does not send personal information, usage analytics or device identifiers to Zynx. It has no account system, advertising or third-party analytics SDK. It does not ask for access to your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
Lessons and artwork are included with the app. Display and animation preferences are saved locally using the device’s app storage. The app does not create learner profiles or transmit learning history to Zynx.
Spoken audio
The app uses Apple’s built-in speech synthesizer to read learning content aloud. It does not record your voice or send speech recordings to Zynx. Apple provides the system voice functionality; this policy does not replace Apple’s terms or privacy practices for its services.
Children and family use
Children can use the learning content without providing personal information. The app contains no messaging, user-generated content, advertising or in-app purchases. Adults should handle support correspondence and external links.
Local storage and deletion
Preferences remain on the device until changed or removed with the app’s data. They are not synchronised through a Zynx account. Device backup and app offloading behaviour depends on your Apple settings; offloading may keep app data. Zynx does not hold a server-side learner profile to delete.
Support email and the website
Sending a support email shares your address and the message you choose to write with Zynx. Feedback actions prepare a message; they do not send one automatically. We use correspondence to respond to your request. Contact support@zynx.com.au if you have a privacy question about a message you sent.
The Zynx website is separate from the app and has its own website privacy information. Visiting website or App Store links is subject to the destination’s privacy practices.
